Until, I saw yesterday’s match between Bangalore Royal Challengers and Kolkata Knight Riders. Wow … what an amazing batting performance by the Chris Gayle. You surely need to have some caliber and class to hit those huge sixes at Eden Garden. Hopefully, the authorities back in West Indies would get to know how important this man is for their setting.
All this done and said, one more important event transpired yesterday. While the RCB registered an clean win over KKR, IPL got another of its Click Moments.
As the RCS Camp was over seventh heaven with the Gayle performing in the must win situation, Sidd Mallya and Deepika Padukone were busy celebrating in a different way. And alert as they always are the shutterbugs just caught them. On the auspicious event of the victory Sidd planted a blowing kiss on Deepika. Well, Daddy Mallya would be beaming after that dual victory – his team winning and his son walking on his path.
Earlier IPL Click Moments would be Priety Zinta giving away hugs to Yuvraj Singh and Harbhajan Singh lifting team owner Neeta Ambani to celebrate a victory.
Hopefully, the media doesn’t get too much into this and concentrate on the main business – Playing Cricket and Spending Money.
